1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (“wesbondx.com”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
All engineering projects documented on Wesbond (including AIRVOLT X1, AIRX Helmet, and AIRSAFE Bike) are conceptual engineering studies. They are NOT certified products, have not undergone regulatory drop-tower trials, and must never be used as personal protective equipment on public roads.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All original design sketches, 3D CAD illustrations, patent concepts, and written engineering analyses created by Faheem Pappat and published under Wesbond are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
4. Permitted Educational Use
You are granted a limited license to reference and review the technical articles for personal, academic, or non-commercial research purposes, provided that appropriate citation and attribution to Wesbond and Faheem Pappat are clearly displayed.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
